Pre-school

The Salem Boys and Girls Club Preschool is a non-profit preschool serving children 3-6 years of age. The State of New Hampshire Department of Health and Welfare licenses the preschool.

Each pre-k and kindergarten class has a maximum of 16 children for a teacher/child ratio of 1:8. The nursery class has a ratio of 1:7. This low ratio allows us to give your child the individual attention he or she deserves.

Because our class sizes are small, enrollment fills quickly. Please stop by the front office, call Maria Camerlengo our Preschool Director - 603-898-7709 x20 or e-mail her at mcamerlengo@salembgc.org for more information.

Preschool Aquatics

Pre-K Fun Swims
The goal of the Pre-K aquatic program is to acclimatize the child to the aquatic environment. It is known that children who feel comfortable in the water are much more teachable than the apprehensive or frightened child is. Therefore, the purpose of this program is to aid the child in feeling comfortable in the water so that they can be more easily taught to swim.
