ALL FEES MUST BE PAID WHEN YOU REGISTER ONLINE or DROP OFF YOUR CHILD
Daily Fee - $17.00 per member; Registration
Starts on Mon. 2/13/12
Lunch (value meals) will be offered at the club:
Hamburger; Cheeseburger;Hot Dog; Chicken Nuggets; Grilled Cheese w/ drink & french fries - $4;
w/ drink & chips - $3
Activities - Fun swims, gym games, arts & crafts, game room tournaments, legos, board games and much more!

ARE REGISTERED and HAVE PAID THE MONTHLY RATE FOR FEBRUARY/MARCH AFTERSCHOOL
TRANSPORTATION and/or EARLY BIRD or YOU HAVE PURCHASED A SCHOOL YEAR DAY OFF
PASS - NO PAYMENT IS REQUIRED
FOR STAFFING PURPOSES - PLEASE LET OFFICE KNOW IF YOU PLAN TO ATTEND
THE DAY(S) OFF
FIELD TRIP FEES ARE ADDITIONAL
Lunch is not provided. Members must bring a lunch or bring money to order a
lunch.
Fun Swims *NOT
OPEN TO NON MEMBERS*
If your child is a Club member and just wants to swim, you may bring them to
the Club for one of our Fun Swims.
Fun Swim Times TBA each day (please call ahead for times)
$2 per member per fun swim
Fun Swims are included for those who have paid for the School Year Day Off
Pass, the entire month of FEBRUARY/MARCH (Early Bird &/or After School Transportation) & the
Daily Fee ($17)
Grades 1-5 Field Trips
*WILL BE POSTED EARLY to MID FEBRUARY*
*Field trip sign ups are available at the front office
only! Please do not attempt to pay or register for field trips online*
*Field trip fees are additional to daily fees*
*Field trip sign ups end when trip is filled or by the last work day before
scheduled day off @ 6pm*
*Payment must be received when you sign up*
*Cancellation of a scheduled field trip if unable to attend is non-refundable and will not be credited*
*If the club cancels trip, a credit will be issued*
* Members may bring additional money on field trips - recommended amount $5.00* |
