ALL FEES MUST BE PAID WHEN YOU PRE-REGISTER or DROP OFF
Pre-Registration Fee - $13.00 per member Pre-registration Starts on Mon. 4/12/2010 & ends at 6pm on Friday 4/23/2010
Daily Drop Off Fee - $18.00 per member; if not pre-registered

*Daily rate will not be prorated for any reason*
*If a member is pre-registered & paid for a day and does not attend; fees will not be refunded*
*A credit may be issued if the club is notified by 10am of the unattended day*

REMINDER - IF YOUR CHILD or CHILDREN ARE REGISTERED and HAVE PAID THE MONTHLY RATE FOR APRIL AFTERSCHOOL TRANSPORTATION and/or EARLY BIRD or YOU HAVE PURCHASED A SCHOOL YEAR DAY OFF PASS - NO PAYMENT IS REQUIRED. FOR STAFFING PURPOSES - PLEASE LET THE FRONT OFFICE KNOW IF YOU PLAN TO ATTEND THE DAY(S) OFF
FIELD TRIP FEES ARE ADDITIONAL
Lunch is not provided. Members must bring a lunch or bring money to order a lunch from our menu selection.

Fun Swims
If your child is a Club member and just wants to swim, you may bring them to the Club for one of our Fun Swims.
Fun Swim Times TBA each day (please call ahead for times)
$2 per member per fun swim *NOT OPEN TO NON MEMBERS*
Fun Swims are included for those who have paid for the School Year Day Off Pass, the entire month of April (Early Bird &/or After School Transportation) & the Daily Fee ($13 or $18)

Field Trips
Sign ups at the front office only starting 4/12/2010

Trips to be determined

*Field trip fees are additional to daily fees*
*Field trip sign ups end when trip is filled or by last work day before scheduled day off @ 6pm*
*Payment must be received when you sign up*
*Cancellation on the day of a scheduled field trip is non-refundable; a CREDIT may be issued, only if the Club is notified 1 hour before trip's scheduled departure time*
* Members may bring additional money on field trips - recommended amount $5.00*
