Preschool Swim lessons: Ages 3-5 years old

Tadpole: You must be at least 3 years old to be in this class

Polliwog: You must be able to do these skills to be in Polliwog:

  1. Crawl Stroke the length vertically without assistance
  2. Float on Front & Back without assistance
  3. Jump from the side with our without assistance into the pool
  4. Kick on Front and Back without assistance
  5. Comfortable in deep end with bubble

Guppy: You must be able to do these skills to be in Guppy:

  1. Crawl Stroke the width without bubble
  2. Back Stroke the width without bubble
  3. Elementary Back Stroke the width without bubble
  4. Breast Stroke arms the length with bubble
  5. Kneel Dives
  6. Jumps in deep end no assistance
School Aged Swim Lessons: Ages 6-18 years old

Beginner: Must be at least 6 years of age to be in this class

Adv. Beginner: You must be able to do these skills to be in Adv. Beginner: (One/two bubbles)

  1. Back & Front Floats
  2. Kick 50 yards with kickboard
  3. Crawl stroke pool width without bubble
  4. Elementary Backstroke
  5. Jump in Deep End

Intermediate: You must be able to do these skills to be in Intermediate: (NO BUBBLE)

  1. Kick with rotary breathing holding kick board
  2. Elementary Back Stroke 50 yards
  3. Crawl stroke with rotary Breathing 25 yards
  4. Backstroke 25 yards
  5. Standing Dive

Adv. Swimmer: You must be able to do these skills to be in Adv. Swimmer: (NO BUBBLE)

  1. Elementary Back Stroke 50 yards
  2. Crawl Stroke 50 yards rotary breathing
  3. Back Stroke 50 yards
  4. Breast Stroke 50 yards
  5. Standing Dive off starting blocks

*Flying Fish : You must be able to do these skills to be in Flying Fish (NO BUBBLE)

  1. Crawl Stroke 75 yards rotary breathing
  2. Back Stroke 75 yards
  3. Breast Stroke 75 yards
  4. Butterfly 50 yards
    (*1 Hour 15 Minute Class; 8 Week Session is $120)

Different Strokes: Ages 3-10
This program is loosely structured class. Where as they will cover skills for a portion of the class then incorporate them into a game. The number of sign-ups we take is dependent on the number of volunteer's we get. 

Homeschool: You must be 6 years old to be in this class

Yard= 1 length of the pool (75 feet)

Width= 35 feet

Rotary Breathing= Breathing to both sides with face in water

Assessments: Monday-Friday @ 3:30

All you have to do is sign in at the front desk then head to the pool and let one of the lifeguards know you are there for an assessment

REGISTRATION, CANCELLATION AND FEE INFORMATION

* Registration for all programs is on a first come, first served basis.

* All participants in grades 1 to 12 must be active members to register for swim team or aquatics programs.

* All fees are due at the time of registration and are Non-refundable, Non-transferable.

* All registrations must be made in person or online if available, no registrations will be taken over the phone.

* Programs may be cancelled due to weather, club scheduling conflicts, school cancellations or problems with the pool. No refunds will be given for cancelled classes. Participants may receive a credit toward their next session in the event that a class is cancelled.

* In case of cancellation, we will make every effort to contact you by phone. If you are not sure, please call the club before coming in for your class.

* For swim team cancellations due to weather, a notice will be posted by email.
