2011/2012 High School Parking Lottery
The lottery drawing will take place by Monday August 15th. The lottery results will be posted on our website www.salembgc.org by 12pm on Tuesday August 16th. All entry winners will receive a call from a Club staff member by the end of the week. If you do receive a spot you must come to the Boys & Girls Club, between Tuesday August 16th and Tuesday August 23rd (or register online at this page), to fill out a registration form and make your first payment for August and September ($50). Office
hours are 10am to 6pm; Monday - Friday. THE
OFFICE IS NOT OPEN DURING THE WEEKEND. Please bring your
license and proof of insurance when registering. You will receive a parking
pass, a
parking lot map and a payment schedule the day you register and pay. Also,
all students who receive a spot must become a member of the Boys & Girls
Club of Salem. The annual membership fee for students who park here will
be reduced to $15. You will lose your spot if you fail to register
by August 23rd and
your
name
will
be put at the end of the waiting list.
Thank you for entering our parking lottery for the 2011/2012 school
year. All entry winners will be contacted from a Club staff member. Please
have the following info with you when you register: car year, make,
model, color, plate #, insuranc policy #, drivers license #, along with
info
for
alternate cars.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
- Payment must be received before or on the 1st of every month; failure to
do so will result in loss of parking permit
- All vehicles must park in assigned spot
- Parking Permit must be clearly visible on dashboard or hung from rearview
mirror of vehicle assigned to the spot
- If you are using a vehicle different from the ones list above for reasons
such as maintenance you must still use your parking permit. If permit is not
present vehicle may be towed. Permits can not be transferred to other students.
- Reckless driving such as speeding, peeling out, not obeying traffic signs,
etc. will result in loss of parking permit
- Inappropriate behavior on Boys & Girls Club property such as smoking,
foul language, fighting, etc. will result in loss of parking permit. Registered
Driver is also responsible for the behavior of all passengers.
- Vehicles must be out of the parking lot by 2:45pm (sorry, no exceptions this
includes students participating in sports)
- If you are permitted to park at the High School or choose not to park in
Club lot you must (A) Hand in you parking permit and forfeit you spot or (B)
Continue to pay full amount due each month to hold your spot. Permits can not
be transferred to other students. Unauthorized vehicles parked in the lot will
be towed.
- The Boys & Girls Club of Salem is not responsible for any damage to vehicle
or lost or stolen items.
